Academic Background

Laurie brings a powerful combination of expertise and experience to Love This House™ and the client projects she works with. She has a diverse academic background, including a degree in chemistry that taught her problem solving, attention to detail, and the importance of combining the right ingredients to get the right reaction. As a food junkie, Laurie has also earned a certificate in culinary arts.

In 2019 Laurie Usypchuk achieved her Masters of International Staging designation from CSPI International Business Training Academy.

Professional Experience

Laurie has a range of professional experience as diverse as her academic background. She is a serial entrepreneur, starting companies that provided marketing and consulting services to her clients. She understands what it takes to build a business and brings that drive to every project she works on.

On Creating Love This House™

Laurie has always had a keen interest in home staging, and had often helped friends and family stage their homes.

In 2013, Laurie sought a new challenge and combined her love for home staging with her entrepreneurial spirit and established Love This House™. It gave her the chance to combine her strong analytic background, extensive professional experience, strong sense of customer service and artistic flair into a company that delivers immediate and impactful results on demanding timelines.

Laurie is directly involved with each client project to ensure that her services are delivered to the highest possible levels. She believes in building a strong and trusting relationship with her clients, taking as long as necessary to carefully and thoroughly explain the benefits of Love This House™ services, the proven processes she follows, and the results her clients can expect.
